Anton Powers
Anton Powers is one of the UK’s most established names in commercial dance music, with a career spanning radio, production, A&R and remixing. Emerging from Liverpool’s vibrant dance scene, he first gained recognition as a founding member of Cahill before establishing himself as a successful solo artist, producer and broadcaster. His combination of commercial instinct and club credibility has made him one of the industry’s most in-demand remixers.
As a remixer, Anton has delivered official productions for an impressive list of international artists including Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Kylie Minogue, Nicole Scherzinger, Ellie Goulding, Mariah Carey, Selena Gomez and Olly Murs. His productions are known for preserving the identity of the original record while introducing the energy, musicality and dancefloor impact required for both commercial radio and club environments.
Away from remixing, Anton has enjoyed chart success as a recording artist in his own right. His collaboration with Philip George, Alone No More, reached the UK Top 5 and helped establish him as one of Britain’s leading crossover dance producers.
